"Smooth exchange from start to finish"
I had to return an item and was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but the whole process was really easy. I sent it back without any issues, and the exchange showed up quickly after that. Based on how simple it was, I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again

"Cute stuff, just a little hit or miss"
I liked a lot of the prints because some of them are really cute, but then a few of the styles felt kind of too busy for me and not really something I’d reach for, so overall it’s nice and I can see why people like it, it’s just not always totally my taste.

"Sizing met my expectations"
I ordered a few things from Hatley and, by my standards, the sizing was really solid. I’m picky about fit, especially when buying kids’ clothes online, but the size chart was actually accurate. Everything had a little room to grow without looking oversized or sloppy. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything fit.

"Cute stuff, but kinda pricey"
The stuff is cute, but I just don’t think it’s worth the price tbh. I wanted to like it more, but for what it costs, it feels a bit too much...

"Customer service felt slow"
It’s kind of hard to describe, but the whole support experience just felt slow and a bit frustrating. Replies took days, and when I finally did hear back, the answers weren’t really that helpful.

"Kind of hit or miss for me"
The fabric feels decent at first and it’s soft enough, but after wearing it for a while, it starts to get a little itchy. Not terrible, just not as comfy as I was hoping.

"I bought a Hatley raincoat for my..."
I bought a Hatley raincoat for my kid and, at first, I really liked it. It was cute, the colors were nice, and it seemed like it would hold up well... but after just a few wears, the seams started looking kind of rough and one of the snaps already felt loose.
For the price, I expected it to last more than one season. My kid wasn’t even being especially rough with it, just normal kid stuff, so that was disappointing. I don’t think I’d buy another one...

"Checkout was frustrating and I felt brushed off"
Trying to place my order was more annoying than it should’ve been. The site kept glitching right when I got to checkout, and when I finally got it to go through, the confirmation email took forever to show up. It kind of felt like my order issue wasn’t being taken seriously, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Nice quality, but kinda pricey"
I’ve bought a few pieces and overall the clothes feel really sturdy and hold up well after washing. My only gripe is the sizing feels a little all over the place sometimes, so it’s hard to know what to order. Still good quailty, just wish it was a bit more consistant for the price.

"My order showed up sooner than expected"
I was a little surprised by how fast my order arrived. From my experience, the shipping was quicker than I had expected, which was a nice plus. The tracking worked fine overall, but I did find myself wishing the updates were a bit more detailed or easier to follow.
